We teach out-of-school children, women, and men basic English and numeracy skills, focusing on those who dropped out due to pregnancy or financial constraints. Our aim is to provide them with essential literacy skills that can improve their opportunities for education and employment.
In collaboration with local NGOs, we offer training in various skills such as fish farming, metal fabrication, tailoring, weaving, and computer skills. This project aims to equip women and youth with the skills needed to become economically self-sufficient and confident in their abilities.
We provide mental health workshops and counseling services to youths, addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression. Many young people in our community are abusing alcohol and drugs, which leads to significant mental health issues. Our goal is to promote mental well-being and resilience, helping young people to navigate these challenges and make healthier choices.
We support vulnerable women and girls by providing reusable sanitary pads, which we make and distribute within the community. This project aims to ensure that women and girls have access to menstrual hygiene products, reducing absenteeism from school and work due to menstrual-related issues.
